Returns Policy
We accept returns on almost everything on our website. We do not, however, accept returns on special orders not listed on our website, and customized or personalized items, unless received defective. We do not accept returns on used or opened vitamins or supplements. Ship returns to: New Life Book & Gift Shoppe, 69 S. Transit St., Lockport, NY 14094. Please include a copy of your order or the order # in the box. A return authorization is not necessary. Once we receive your return in new, saleable condition with all original tags, shrink-wrap, boxes, etc. in place we will credit your payment method for the purchase price of the item. As a service to our customers we offer free shipping on certain orders. When you receive free shipping we actually pay much more than this. Because of this we must deduct the actual shipping charges of the returned amount from your refund. If an item arrives to you defective or damaged return the product to us within 30 days and we will send you a replacement. Except for VBS and Sunday School, returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns for Vacation Bible School and Quarterly Sunday School Curriculum have unique return deadlines and policies. You may return 100% of your quarterly Sunday School curriculum order if it is received in our warehouse by the following dates: Winter Quarter-January 21st; Spring Quarter-April 21st; Summer Quarter-July 21st; Fall Quarter-October 21st. Shipping
If you choose flat rate shipping, your order will either ship USPS Parcel Post, Media mail, Priority, UPS Ground or Surepost, using our discretion. Other shipping options are also available.
Contact us for shipping charges on orders outside of the contiguous U.S. There may be an additional charge on oversized products.
